The Kingsbridge Office is open 24/7, which access via a keypad using either fingerprint ID or a dedicated code, which we will provide. Whether you work with different time zones, have early starts or want to work late, you can use the space any time.

  • Is the office in a convenient location?

    Yes, the office is located on the Orchard Industrial Estate South on Lower Union Road, which is a quiet street in the centre of Kingsbridge and within walking distance of all the shops and cafes. 

  • Is there parking available?

    Yes, there is free parking available on site on a first come, first served basis. In addition, the offices are just a short walk from Lower Union Road carpark and The Quay Long Stay car park is a 10 minute from the town (charges apply).

  • Can I pay by the day?

    Yes, you can choose any one of our spaces and pay for either a single day, multiple days or on a 30-day rolling contract basis subject to availability.  

  • Can I book for a whole month?

    Absolutely. You can book any one of our office and desk spaces or book the entire office for one month or on a 30-day rolling contract basis, subject to availability. 

  • What's included in office rental?

    When you book any one of our spaces you gain access to your chosen space, use of the kitchen and WC facilities, Wifi, and you may use a secure locker to store items overnight on request and subject to availability. You will also have 24-hour access to the office.

  • Are there conferencing facilities available?

    Yes, there are video conferencing facilities available in our meeting room, and strong Wifi will support all video calls on laptops, computers and mobile devices.

  • What office equipment do you have available?

    We have video conferencing facilities available in the meeting room and projectors available for hire.  Walso have printing and scanning facilities.
